About Copperhead Plumbing
A Casa Grande Plumbing Company Treating Your Home like One of Our Own
Most people find a plumber when something has already gone wrong. That is a hard moment to build trust in, which is exactly why Copperhead Plumbing Services was built the way it was. Here is the story behind the company and the people running it.

Our story
Ten Years in the Trade Before we Opened the Doors
We didn’t start Copperhead Plumbing Services until we were ready to do it right. Chris spent nearly a decade in the trade first, learning from the people who pushed him hardest, and earned his Arizona plumbing license before we took a single job under this name. Chloe is a fifth generation Casa Grande native, and her family’s roots here run deeper than most buildings still standing. She runs operations, so the scheduling and follow-through get the same care as the work itself.
We launched in 2022 with a new baby at home and the pandemic still winding down. Starting a business under those conditions meant real risk, and we took it anyway. Pinal County had no shortage of people calling themselves plumbers. What was harder to find was someone who showed up on time, told you the truth, and stood behind the work, so that is the company we built.
How We Do Business
The Copperhead standard behind Every Job
No inflated diagnoses, no repairs that were not needed, and no invoices that do not match the quote. As a locally owned and trusted plumbing company, we tell you exactly what we found, including when the honest answer is that it does not need replacing yet. We give you a time and we keep it, because clearing an afternoon to wait on a plumber who never shows is not something we take lightly. Every job carries a one-year warranty on parts and labor, and cleanup is part of the service rather than an afterthought. When we leave, the only thing that has changed is the problem we came to fix.
That standard extends to the jobs we turn down. Wrong timing, wrong scope, or simply not the right fit, and you still get pointed toward someone who can help, whether that is a handyman, a drywaller, a landscaper, or another plumber. There is enough work to go around.
What that looks like on a job
- We tell the truth. Including when the answer is that it does not need replacing yet.
- We show up. A specific arrival time on every appointment, and we keep it.
- We back the work. One year on parts and labor, every job.
- We leave the job clean. Cleanup is part of the service, not an afterthought.

The Kind of local plumber People Tell Their Neighbors About
★★★★★
We had a plumbing leak and called Copperhead Plumbing this morning. They were able to fit us into their schedule the same day, which was greatly appreciated. I was stressed about not having my shower all weekend! From start to finish, the service was excellent. Chris called ahead to let us know he was on his way, arrived as expected, and took the time to clearly explain the issue and the repair options. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

The Copperhead Plumbing Care Plan
Most plumbing failures give warning before they give damage. Our Care Plan is a yearly look at the parts of your system you never see, so the small stuff gets caught while it’s still small.
When you have a plumbing problem, Care Plan members move to the front of the schedule.
10% Off Approved Repairs
Care Plan members receive 10% off approved plumbing repairs. The discount excludes water heater replacement, repipes, excavation, sewer line replacement, major remodel work, customer-provided parts, after-hours service, and any work already discounted or included in another offer.
Annual Plumbing Inspection
Your annual inspection is a visual check of the accessible plumbing throughout your home. It catches high water pressure, aging shutoff valves, leaking fixtures, running toilets, water heater concerns, and hose bib problems while they are still inexpensive to fix.

Operational testing of shutoff valves, angle stops, hose bibs, and main shutoffs is not included unless you approve it. Older valves can leak or fail when operated. If a valve fails during approved testing, the repair or replacement is quoted separately.
The included flush applies to standard tank-style water heaters only. Tankless flushing and descaling are not included. The flush depends on the condition of the heater and drain valve. If the drain valve is clogged, leaking, damaged, or inaccessible, or if flushing creates risk due to the age or condition of the unit, Copperhead Plumbing may decline the flush or recommend repairs first. Any needed repairs or parts are quoted separately.
Routine checkups catch visible problems early. They do not guarantee that future leaks, failures, stoppages, or water damage will not occur. The inspection covers visible and accessible plumbing at the time of service.
Plan benefits apply to the enrolled home only and are not transferable. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers, coupons, or service agreements.
